  • Children must be at least 10 years of age.  An adult must accompany anyone 10-18 years old.
  • No hats, bags or any loose items allowed.
  • Must wear closed toed shoes.  No flip-flops or sandals.
  • Long hair must be tied up at all times.
  • Air Maui will provide each passenger a jacket that will be required for all passengers to wear during flight.

  • Half hour prior check-in to all flights is required.
  • Comfort seat charge for passengers weighing 240lbs or more or a combined weight of 420lbs.
  • FAA regulations require us to weigh all passengers and bags at check-in. For each passenger weighing 240 pounds or a combined weight of 420 pounds per couple, an additional seat must be purchased. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
  • No tablets, extension/selfie sticks or bags/ purses allowed on board
  • Front seat passengers MUST wear dark/black clothing due to the reflection

Inflight Media Package

  • In flight media packages are available for all flights.  Our multi-vision flight narrated and choreographed to the scenery.  Package comes with a USB flash drive of the actual flight and a printed photo by the helicopter.

DIRECTIONS TO THE KAHULUI HELIPORT:

  • From Lahaina/Kaanapali/Kapalua Area (Allow 60-70 minutes drive time):
    Take Hwy 30 to Hwy. 380. Stay straight as 380 turns in to Airport Access road. Stay in right hand lane and turn right on Hwy 36 Hana Hwy. drive 2 miles to Hwy 37 (Haleakala Hwy). Turn left and drive straight into Heliport. Air Maui is the last hangar.
  • From Kihei/Wailea Area (Allow 30-45 minutes drive time):
    Take Hwy 31 to Hwy 311 (Mokulele hwy.) Turn right on Ho’okele St. drive for about 2 miles and turn right on to hwy. 36 (Hana hwy.) Drive about a mile and turn left on hwy. 37 (Haleakala hwy.) Drive 2 blocks the heliport is strait ahead. Air Maui is the last hangar.
Parking: Heliport parking fee must be paid BEFORE you fly, $8 (for 2hrs). The parking machine is located at the beginning of the parking lot on the right (only one kiosk) and takes VISA/MC (NO AMEX) or EXACT change when paying cash. No cash change is given.
