You’ll paddle into secret beaches hidden in Kauai’s rugged southern shoreline. Designed for excitement this fulfilling sea kayak tour is rounded out with snorkeling and bodysurfing at exclusive locations, and can only be experienced by kayak.

Recommendations:

• Billed hat with keeper

• Sun-glasses with keeper, towel, and waterproof camera. These items can be purchased at our Poipu shop. 

• We also recommend over-the-counter medication (try Bonine) for seasickness that won’t cause drowsiness- best taken the night before the tour, as well as the day of the tour.

Restrictions/Requirements:

• All participants must read and sign a voluntary release and waiver of liability prior to taking the tour.

• The minimum age requirement to participate is 12 years of age.

• All must be swimmers. No non-swimmers allowed.

• This is an 8-mile paddle in typically heavy seas. There will be opportunities for bodysurfing and snorkeling, ocean conditions permitting. Participants should not be prone to severe seasickness.

• All participants are in suitable physical condition for this activity. If there are any questions, I (we) will consult a physician.

• There’s lots of room in the kayak, so feel free to bring along additional drinks and snacks such as sports drinks and energy-boosting snacks – no alcoholic beverages, please.

Your choice is either a Turkey or Veggie sandwich with a build-your-own buffet of assorted vegetables, mayo, and mustard. Lunch also includes pasta salad and a delicious fresh-baked brownie.  Cold drinks are available throughout the day. There’s lots of room in the kayak, so feel free to bring along additional drinks and snacks such as sports drinks and energy-boosting snacks - no alcoholic beverages, please.
