See dormant volcanoes and ancient lava beds while discovering the legends meant to explain these natural phenomena. Along the way take in some of the most unique scenery Hawaii has to offer.Your adventure continues with an afternoon helicopter tour where you will see tropical rainforests and waterfalls of the Big Island as well as take in the views of the newly formed landscape from the 2018 KilaueaEruption.By the tour’s end you will know exactly how and why volcanoes occur.

• Big Island Candies* –A true taste of the islands and home to the world-renowned Chocolate Dipped Macadamia Nut Shortbread Cookie.

• ‘Imiloa Astronomy Center* – An astronomy and culture education center highlighting exhibits and shows dealing with Hawaiian Culture.

• Rainbow Falls State Park* –Home to a breathtaking waterfall that cascades from 80 feet over a natural lava cave, the mythological home to Hina, an ancient Hawaiian goddess. The waterfall gets its name from the spectacular rainbows frequently seen here.

• Hilo Airport*

• Circle of Fire guests will be dropped off at Blue Hawaiian Helicopter by 3:15 PM for 4:00 PM flight.

• Should helicopter flight be cancelled, guests will continue on for the remaining portion of the land tour (shown below) and rate will automatically be adjusted to One Day Hilo Volcano Tour.

HILO VOLCANO TOUR AND ONE DAY HILO VOLCANO TOUR GUESTS CONTINUE ON AS FOLLOWS:

• Richardson’s Black Sand Beach* –This is the only beach in Hilo and one of the few on the island with black sand. Here, you will see ancient Hawaiian fish ponds and enjoy a spectacular view to Mauna Kea.

• Lili’uokalani Garden* – Built 1917-1919 and donated by Queen Lili’uokalani, this 24.14-acre park is the largest such garden outside of Japan.

• CONFIRMATION THAT GUEST HAS NOT PARTICIPATED IN OR SCHEDULED A SCUBA DIVING ACTIVITY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SERVICE DATE (You will be asked this question and we will not be able to complete the reservation without your acknowledgement)

• Volcanic fumes can be hazardous. This tour is not recommended for visitors with heart or breathing problems and infants, young children, and pregnant women.

• Comfort seat MUST be purchased should a guests weight exceed 250lbs. Guests will be weighed in at check in.

• For electric wheelchairs or scooters: The combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 lbs. and the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches.

• Not all stops on this tour are ADA accessible. Black Sand Beach may not be ADA accessible
