You could propose at sunrise on the top of Haleakala, take a drive to heart rock near Nakalele Blowhole, pack a picnic for any of Maui’s beautiful beaches, or hike to a scenic waterfall. While these are all great engagement ideas, they all have their drawbacks, from having to get up early in the morning, to long drives, to lack of privacy.

Picture instead, a private helicopter flight soaring over beautiful Maui to a beach with a message just for her, “Will you marry me?” She won’t be able to stop telling her friends and family about this unique and special proposal, one that she will definitely remember forever.

• FAA regulations require us to weigh all passengers and bags at check-in.

DIRECTIONS TO THE KAHULUI HELIPORT:

• From Lahaina/Kaanapali/Kapalua Area (Allow 60-70 minutes drive time):
  Take Hwy 30 to Hwy. 380. Stay straight as 380 turns in to Airport Access road. Stay in right hand lane and turn right on Hwy 36 Hana Hwy. drive 2 miles to Hwy 37 (Haleakala Hwy). Turn left and drive straight into Heliport. Air Maui is the last hangar.
• From Kihei/Wailea Area (Allow 30-45 minutes drive time):
  Take Hwy 31 to Hwy 311 (Mokulele hwy.) Turn right on Ho’okele St. drive for about 2 miles and turn right on to hwy. 36 (Hana hwy.) Drive about a mile and turn left on hwy. 37 (Haleakala hwy.) Drive 2 blocks the heliport is strait ahead. Air Maui is the last hangar.
