YOUR FIRST JUMP

Your first-time skydiving with us will be a tandem skydive. Tandem skydiving means that you will be secured to one of our certified USPA tandem instructors via a specially designed harness system.

ARRIVAL & TRAINING

The reservation time for your booking is your arrival time to our dropzone. It is the time you are checking in — not your actual flight time. Please know that it's important to arrive on time so you can prepare for your first skydive. Once you arrive you will check-in, watch a short instructional video and then fill out a waiver. Once that's finished, you and your group are in line for the next flight up. About 15 minutes prior to your flight you'll be called to the gear-up area to be properly fitted with a harness. You will meet your instructor and videographer (if booked), and off you go for your first skydive! Our aircrafts hold up to 21 passengers and we take between 6-8 tandem students per aircraft.

VIDEOGRAPHER/PHOTOGRAPHER

If you choose the video or photo package, you'll be introduced to your cameraman while you gear up. He'll start by capturing your pre-flight interview while you prepare for the experience of a lifetime.

THE FLIGHT UP

On the ride up, enjoy breathtaking views of all of Oahu with your instructor and fellow jumpers. On a clear day, or the right season, you can even see the neighbor islands, migrating whales and other marine mammals!

READY SET GO

Once our pilot reaches the right altitude, you and your instructor will exit the aircraft! You'll freefall for up to 60 seconds at approximately 120MPH! You will experience the sensation of flight, without the feeling of falling (no roller coaster effect), but truly floating on a cushion of air in the middle of the sky over the breathtaking North Shore of Oahu.
Your videographer will be right there with you, capturing your entire experience. At about 5,000FT your instructor deploys the parachute and you enjoy a nice gentle glide over the North Shore. This is when you can really enjoy your bird's eye view of Oahu. After the 5-6 minute canopy ride, you'll land safely on our our grassy landing area.

After your jump, you'll be able to view your photos and video and relive the experience... Your very first skydive!

IMPORTANT

1. You must watch the training video and sign the Tandem Parachute Jumper Agreement.

2. You must be 18 years of age with valid ID. NO EXCEPTIONS

3. No scuba diving 24 hours prior to skydiving.

4. 240lbs/108kg maximum weight. Additional fees apply to those over 200lbs.

5. For safety reasons no personal cameras in flight.

6. This is not a carnival ride! You are a student, not just a passenger. Your performance is important to both you and your instructors safety.

7. Experienced jumper, current USPA card, B-License, AAD, Sealed Reserve.

8. ALTITUDE IS GUARANTEED w/ appropriate conditions only.

Strict FAA regulations (airport closures, flying restrictions, etc.)
If the Ultimate Tandem(14,000ft) cannot be reached you will only pay for the Regular Tandem(8,000ft). For prepaid customers you get a partial refund, if the jump is canceled you will get a full refund.

9. PLEASE BE PATIENT! It may take 1-4 hours or more.

10. You must be physically fit for skydiving. Call for questions. You must be able to step up on top of a picnic table without the use of hands, turn around, be able to jump high off of it, then be capable of taking the impact of landing and run it out. We may ask you to verify physical fitness at our location.

11. Must have valid ID or Passport, closed toed shoes, and comfortable clothing

TRANSPORTATION

Shuttle from Waikiki included.

Free shuttle from Waikiki if you tandem skydive and $40 for non-skydiving COMPANIONS (2 max, ages 8 and up).

$15 per tandem skydiver from UH, Kahala, Airport, and Pearl Harbor.

2 pick up times available per day.

COURTESY WAIKIKI SHUTTLE

The shuttles pick-up in Waikiki at the major hotels, the UH campus, the airport and Pearl Harbor. #1 shuttle returns at or before 2pm. #2 shuttle returns at or before 4pm.

The shuttle is free from and to Waikiki & Ala Moana. For other pick-up and drop-off locations (UH, Kahala, Airport, Pearl Harbor), the shuttle fee is $15.

#2 Pick-up — usually returns to Waikiki before 5pm *
a minimum of 2 skydiving customers please. No riders on shuttle 7 years of age and under. Must provide proof of age if 8 or older and must be included in total number of seats requested on reservation.
